Lerma's homemade history

In the 1960s, Margarita Lerma established Lerma’s Café in Lyman, Nebraska. Her son Paul later continued the restaurant tradition, which moved to the Scottsbluff/Gering highway and then to East Overland around 1985 as Rosita’s Restaurant.

Today, Rosita’s continues serving generations of families in the Nebraska Panhandle.
